On the nose, it displays aromas of stone fruit (apricot), tropical notes (passion fruit, pineapple), and white flowers, the latter very typical of Malvasia.Merlot is a variety of black wine grape that is originally from the Bordeaux region of France dating back all the way to the first century AD. Admired for its soft smooth and velvety texture, merlot red wine won the heart of many around the worldThe grapes for Tall HorseÂ’s Sauvignon Blanc are vinified separately at 13°C in stainless steel tanks until dry, then left on the lees until final blending, filtration, and bottling at their cellars in Wellington.
