Glenfiddich is a 15-year-old single malt Scotch whisky, it is one of the world’s most awarded single malt whiskey. This means the whisky was distilled at a single distillery using a pot still distillation process and must be made from a mash of malted barley. It is one of the better examples of great distilling, as the character of the distillate shines in this malt and that character is that lovely fruity apple character you tend to get from excellent fermenting and distilling.
